We offer FREE EXPRESS UK shipping, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm on any business day.

You'll receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped but if you have any questions at any time feel free to reach out to us at hello@strialab.com.

We generally ship with Evri or Royal Mail, details of which will be shown in your dispatch notification. While orders are dispatched on a 24-hour service, please allow 3 business days for your order to arrive before contacting us for assistance on hello@strialab.com.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, this is seperate to our 90-day Money-back Guarantee, detailed here.

Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be sealed and in the same condition that you received it. We withhold the right to not accept returns of damaged, open or returns made after 14 days of delivery. 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@strialab.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be sealed and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@strialab.com.

How do I clean my Microneedling Tool?

To clean the tool, simply rinse it in warm water after each use, then spray it with a sterilising spray (isopropyl alcohol solution) before each use. For a deeper clean, you can also soak it in soapy water overnight and/or use a toothbrush to clean.
